Scheduling an Appointment
You can schedule your own appointment or someone from your referring physician’s office can schedule it for you. To make an appointment, please call us at (517) 768-0600, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm or the Adrian Office at (517) 263-3752 or contact Courtney Bailey, Practice Manager at bailey.mgr@pinsonurology.com.

Prescription Refills
Your prescriptions can be refilled through our office, either during your visit or by phone. If you are requesting refills over the phone, please allow up to one week for authorization. To request a prescription refill, please call the office at (517) 768-0600, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
Records Request
You may need to request a copy of your records from us to be shared with another physician. We are happy to provide you with copies of your record at no charge. For the sake of privacy, we ask that you sign a release form when you or another party requests your records. Please allow one week for processing of all medical records, including FMLA and dissability forms after surgery.
Insurance
Pinson Urology and Continence Center accepts most forms of insurance; however, we do not accept out-of-county Medicaid. Please call Rosa or our billing department at (517) 841-7490 if you have questions about your insurance. For established patients, please call our billing manager Sarah Boik at (517) 788-4947.
